  • Overpriced tickets For Nothing-Don't buy from them



    I recently used Goodseattickets to purchase tickets for a show. They mislead me by listing their tickets at a substantially reduced price to the box office price. In fact, it's the same box-office ticket that I can buy for half of what they charge when I asked them why they misled me they said they just resell and "all sales are final" and kept my money even though I cancelled right away and never used their electronic tickets.   • Over priced merchant



    I recently used Goodseattickets to purchase tickets for Wicked. They listed the ticket at $84.00 for a loge center M seat after fees the ticket came to $100.75. When I received my ticket it showed a list price of $45.00 and $7.00 dollars in fees coming to $52.00 that they purchased them for before reselling with a 100% mark up.     I used Goodseattickets.com for the first time to purchase theater tickets to s show my Mom raved about every time I spoke with her. Since the ticket prices were so great at goodseattickets.com, we decided to purchase 4 tickets for my husband, myself and our two children. The seats weren't together, but in the same row. We received two tickets right away after purchase, even though we were told the tickets wouldn't be sent until the week of the show.   • Do not buy tickets from Good Seats



    Back at the beginning of December 2012, I purchased 5 matinee tickets to the final day (2/17/13) of Wicked in San Francisco. When I still had not received my tickets at the beginning of February, I sent an email inquiring about when I could expect them. Somehow my order had been cancelled (coincidentally the SAME day I sent the email), but no one ever notified me of this.     I ordered tickets through goodseattickets.com and had entered in the wrong billing address for my credit card by accident. I recieved a personal call asking about the wrong address. The company kept communication open with me until the problem was resolved. I also was able to chose from numerous tickets options for the game I was looking to attend. ticketmaster had no seats avilable for the whole homestand I was looking at. Great job ll around. More...

Rip off got 5 tkts to Matilda in balcony for 122 dollars per tkt... When I got tickets it said on tickets 37 dollars per ticket. I was disgusted!

A rip off! My tickets came to 122 dollars for Matilda to sit in balcony. The price per ticket on the sight showed 96 dollars per ticket after an alleged 40% off ... Did not see a 40 % discount for these crappy seats however, when I got my tickets it showed on the actual ticket that the seats went for 37 dollars. What scammers! So dishonest and really felt duped!

This is by far one of the worst sites i have ever used.

Tickets turned out to be 4 times face value. Total Scam. They were supposed to let us know that the show time changed and never did. The customer service were extremely rude and actually called me names...

NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS. EVER!

A rip-off firm that charged me service charges totaling over 116% of the value of the theatre tickets that I purchased through its on-line service. Bad Company!
